Orders usually ship within 48
hours. The checkout process also allows you to
view shipping costs prior to purchase. If an item
is backordered, we will email you ASAP and it
will be shipped as soon as we receive it.
However, if you would like a status update, feel
free to email us anytime.
You can cancel an order as long as it has not
shipped. If damaged during shipping or defective,
our warranty will take care of you. If
shipped and in good condition, the sale is final.
So please make sure you check your order before
proceeding to the final checkout.
We ship to most countries worldwide. However,
we do reserve the right to refuse orders to areas
of the world with high rates of credit card/postal
fraud.
All orders ship
vis UPS. Our warehouse is in the US. Although
we do our best to minimize the possibility of
duties, we have no control over Canada's customs
or other countries' custom agencies.
If you are in Canada and were charged GST or HST
by customs again we refund that amount on presentation
of the custom bill. Other charges like handling
fees and PST(Except customers of the province
of Quebec that paid PST when they ordered) are
the customer's responsability.
Even though we try to keep every item in stock
and in abundant quantities, it can happen that
an item becomes backordered right before you placed
an order. In this case, we will send you the backordered
item ASAP. If you have purchased other items at
the same time, we will send you what is in stock
and send you the backordered item as soon as we
receive it.
In the unlikely event that you encounter a problem
with our products, just make sure to contact us
ASAP. Send an e-mail to sales@xenonexpert.com
and let us know about the problem you are experiencing.
If we ask you to send the product back to us for
inspection, Xenon Expert recommends that you use
a traceable insured shipping. Please be aware
that Xenon expert is not responsible for items
lost during shipping back to us.
Warranty replacement parts although free, shipping
fees are charged.
